    Prepper - Cape Town

    PURPOSE:

    • Ensure that food is prepared and plated according the Pedros Standard Operation Procedure.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Able to read the orders correctly.
    • Maintain speed of service.
    • Maintain food safety standards according to SOP.
    • Maintain BOH Hygiene and Cleanliness standards according to SOP
    • Accuracy of orders they prepare.
    • Maintain BOH stock according to SOP.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Customer Service
    • Good Verbal Communication Skills
    • National Senior Certificate (preferred)
    • Senior Certificate (required)
    • Well-developed Numeracy skills & Literacy skills
    • 6 months to one year experience as a kitchen prepper

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department
    • Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
    • Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
    • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
    • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
    • Inspect and maintain building

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Certificate/ Diploma in Electrical, Trade test, plumbing, general maintenance

    Fleet Manager - Pinetown

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To enable maximum, consistent, and constant R&M cost savings across the fleet.
    • To ensure no R&M overspending or overcharging from suppliers (technical).
    • Monitor, enforce, and measure supplier integrity at all times.
    • Complete fuel management and efficiency.
    • Streamlining of vehicle repairs to enable maximum cost saving on R&M.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Fleet Manager or similar role.
    • Must have a valid code 14 driver’s license.
    • Must have a technical qualification in Diesel Mechanics.
    • Experience in driver training (please provide certification).
    • Experience in managing fuel.
    • Experience in dealing with service providers.
    • Pays attention to detail.
    • Pro-active and driven.
