    Senior Business Analyst

    Job Description    

    • The Senior Business Analyst for Finance & HR Systems will play a pivotal role in understanding and defining the business requirements for our Finance and HR systems. This role will partner with Finance, HR, and IT departments to ensure the systems are efficient, reliable, and support business goals.

    Specific Role Responsibilities    

    • Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
    • Elicit and document business requirements from finance and HR stakeholders.
    • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
    • Collaborate with system users to prioritize system enhancements and features.
    • System Implementation & Enhancement:
    • Work closely with IT and system vendors to design, configure, test, and implement new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
    • Ensure that the finance and HR systems meet the business needs and are aligned with the company's goals.
    • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure systems changes are tested thoroughly before deployment.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in finance, HR, and IT departments.
    • Provide regular status updates on system projects, issues, and enhancements.
    • Train and guide users on new system functionalities and best practices.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Develop, maintain, and deliver regular reports for finance and HR departments.
    • Ensure data integrity across finance and HR systems.
    • Assist in the development of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • System Maintenance:
    • Ensure timely resolution of system issues by coordinating with IT support and vendors.
    • Regularly review system processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in finance and HR systems.
    • Project Management: Lead or participate in cross-functional projects as the representative for finance and HR systems.
    • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for system-related projects.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Qualifications and Experience    

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on Finance and/or HR systems.
    • Knowledge of popular Finance and HR software platforms.
    • Familiarity with data analytics tools and software.
    • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

    • The Parts Materials Handler will receive, pack and pick parts accurately, speedily and efficiently adhering to the DNI Standards by doing so impacting positively on the Dealership’s customer satisfaction, customer retention and profitability.

    Job Description    

    • The IT Executive - Finance & HR is responsible for overseeing and managing all IT systems and solutions related to Finance and Human resources within the organization. This role involves collaborating with Finance and HR departments to ensure that IT systems support their business operations efficiently and securely. The IT Executive will also be responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

    Specific Role Responsibilities    

    •  System Integration: Collaborate with finance and HR departments to identify system integration needs and opportunities. Implement    and  maintain integrated solutions that streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
    • Software Selection: Evaluate, select, and implement software applications and tools related to Finance and HR, such as Hyperion, payroll software, and HR management systems.
    • Data Security: Ensure the security and confidentiality of Financial and HR data. Implement and maintain security protocols, access controls, and data encryption measures.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget for Finance and HR systems, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in technology spending.
    • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry standards related to finance and HR data management. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • User Support: Provide technical support and training to Finance and HR staff as needed. Address and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
    • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including negotiation of contracts and service level agreements.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CIO and other executives to develop IT strategies and roadmaps that align with the organization's overall goals.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Finance and HR systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize system performance.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes.

    Qualifications and Experience    

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications in Finance or HR management are a plus.
    • Proven experience (5 years) in IT leadership roles, with a strong background in managing Finance and HR systems.
    • Familiarity with financial software, payroll systems, and HR management software.
    • Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements in Finance and HR.
    • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on Finance and HR functions.
    • Preferred Experience: Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Reporting or similar financial reporting tools.
