    Systems Controller - QPro Feeds, Bethlehem

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To manage and control the integrity of Q-Pro’s financial data, ensuring that the ERP System (Microsoft Navision) is exploited optimally, and all stock movement is executed and documented correctly and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.  

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Equivalent.
    • BCom Degree or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
    • 2 - 5 years' relevant work experience.
    • Experience in warehouse and stock controlling in the FMCG environment.
    • Proven experience in TMS and WMS systems will be beneficial.
    • Must be computer literate - Microsoft Package with excel on advanced level.
    • A willingness to work overtime where requested.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Capturing of daily productions on the ERP system.
    • Monthly Recon/Mass Recon/Inventory Valuation.
    • Item locations, UOM etc. corrections.
    • General Stock quires.
    • Identifying and informing of stock movement variances.
    • Prepare count sheets for monthly stock take.
    • Plan, organise and communicate monthly stock take.
    • Monitoring inventory levels.
    • Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
    • Stock transfers and processing
    • Generating reports
    • Ensure you are fully familiar with all products.
    • Adhere to all changes in the system and operation as required.
    • Awareness of all stock returns and “odds” and ensure relevant documentation is available.
    • Report and follow up on all discrepancies.

    Creditors Assistant - Grain Field Chickens Head Office , Reitz

    Job Description

    • To ensure the accurate and timeous payments are made to suppliers according to the relevant financial procedures and reconciliations performed.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Equivalent.
    • A minimum of 3 years proven experience on Creditors.
    • National Diploma and/ or Advanced Certificate preferred.
    • Financial Skills (Processing of invoices, Payments & Reconciliation of Accounts, working knowledge of Reconciliations).
    • Financial management systems knowledge (Sage, Accpac 300, Navision).
    • Must be computer literate – Microsoft Package.
    • A willingness to work overtime where requested.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Receive and verify invoices and all relevant documentation to process payments for creditors.
    • Follow up on all missing documentation.
    • Complete company specific creditors reports.
    • Ensure that payments have been authorised according to the required financial procedures.
    • Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions according to the relevant accounting system for payment authorisation.
    • Monitor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date.
    • Forward transfer proofs, cheques and receipts to suppliers.
    • Attend to queries from suppliers.
    • Complete monthly reconciliations of creditors accounts.
    • Maintain updated supplier files and relevant details.
    • Maintain a current and accurate filing system for the creditors function.
    • Any other duties as may be required by management.

    Skills Required

    • Basic financial understanding.
    • Understanding of the different reports and documents.
    • Understanding of the different functions and departments in the company.
    • Supplier related information as required to fulfil the creditors’ function.
