• We are looking for someone with Grade 12 or equivalent, with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, and have MS Office skills and a driver’s license. Work experience in a technical field in a hotel environment, would be advantageous.  

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Supervise maintenance operations;
• Supervise and train staff and the allocation of duties;
• Implement planned and emergency maintenance schedules;
• Quality control of completed works;
• Ensure a high level of communication is maintained;
• Ensure health and safety standards are kept.

• We are looking for a person to serve customers in a professional, efficient and courteous manner and with drive and passion for the industry with the ability to maintain the Leading Hotel of the Worlds standards.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be tactful, confident, have good listening skills and be able to read and understand basic English. The candidate must also be well organised, be able to cope under pressure, be able to upsell and do basic calculations. 
• A minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent; with 1 years’ experience as a Waitron in a 4* or 5* establishment is required. A Waiter certificate and knowledge of Micros and Guest Connect are advantageous. 

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Set-up – cutlery, food & equipment; cleanliness; refilling condiments; prepare tea & coffee; etc.
• Meal service – all as per LQA standards, menu advise; taking & delivery orders; beverage orders; safe transportation of orders & timeous removal of trays; correct & quick bill processing;
• Clean and re-set – clean up after shift & prepare for next shift;
• Willingness - must be willing and able to assist with other duties from time to time.

• In your capacity as Supervisor you will be responsible to supervise, manage and ensure all golf operations staff are trained, able and busy delivering a world class golf customer experience on a daily basis.  
• We consider the following criteria as essential: a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent; at least 3 years’ golf operations experience; working experience on bookings & point-of-sales systems would be advantageous.
• In order to apply for this position, candidates must be physically fit and able to perform functions which are deadline driven, deliver under pressure, high energy, and self-managing.
