    Client Service Administrator

    Description
    Main Purpose of the Job:

    • The Billing & Client Services Department currently has a vacancy for a Client Services Administrator who will assist with the monthly billing processes - with the focus on completeness of billing. 

    Job Output:

    •  Investigating and resolving discrepancies between customer billing and 3rd party billing
    • Support Management with financial controls
    •  Accurately recording, updating and changing customer information on MWEB systems and applications (Completeness of Billing)
    •  Reconciliation of accounts
    •  Dealing with 3rd party party suspensions and cancellations
    •  Any other billing and admin ad hoc functions

    Description
    Main Purpose of the Job:

    • The Billing & Client Services Department currently has a vacancy for an Ignite Support Agent who will be responsible for providing support to all Ignite Resellers with the purpose of information sharing, accurate and timeous processing, escalation and resolving of support related queries whilst ensuring and maintaining quality and cost effectiveness.

    Job Output:

    Sales Administrator - Call Centre

    Description
    Main Purpose of the Job:

    • The Connect division in Cape Town currently has vacancies for a Sales Support Administrator reporting to the Back Office Team Manager, who will be responsible for providing sales administrative and customer support.

    Job Output:

    • Provide administrative support to the Sales Contact Centre Team, to meet minimum performance deliverables.
    •  Assist in the distribution, correlation and management of applications, emails and tickets in relation to the Sales Management process
    •  Manage administrative processes with regards to hardware distribution to Mweb clients
    •  Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and also taking inbound sales calls when necessary
    •  Maintain relationships with external customers who form part of the administrative function and meet Service Level Agreements with them. (SLAs).
    •  Produce reports and feedback to the Call Centre and management team
    •  Analyse and feedback on Sales Admin statistics. Assist with customer escalations and resolutions.

    Description
    Main Purpose of the Job:

    • The Connect division in Cape Town currently has vacancies for Sales Call Centre Agent who, reporting to the Sales Team Manager, will be responsible for acquiring new customers through the Inbound and Outbound Sales Call Centre and up-selling existing customers to a variety of Mweb Connect core products.

    Job Output:

    •  Achieve sales targets and objectives through Inbound and Outbound sales initiatives
    •  Acquire new customers through making Outbound calls, handling Inbound calls and converting it to sales
    •  Up-selling existing customers to a variety of Broadband solutions and/or a combination of various products and services offered by MWEB
    •  Providing exceptional service and product knowledge on a variety of MWEB Connect products
    •  Ensure efficiency with regards to telephony productivity
    •  Ensure that quality assurance is maintained
    •  Ensure all relevant documentation is compiled and completed accurately
    •  Ensure that resolution of customer queries are dealt with in relation to the sales process
    •  Keep abreast with the latest technology and packages on offer via. Training
