    Retentions Advisor

    Role Purpose:    

    • Our advisors within the Client Retentions environment will deal with client queries and complaints; specifically from clients that want to cancel their insurance; on all levels in a competent, efficient and professional way and in accordance with the values of Momentum Insure.

    Requirements    

    • Matric or equivalent
    • Relevant regulatory qualifications from a FSCA perspective:
    • Regulatory exams if you have been in afinancial advisory role or similar before
    • Class of Business training effective from 01 August 2018
    • Continuous professional development (CPD) points if you have been in a financial advisory role or similar before effective from 01 June 2018
    • Understanding of a short-term insurance industry
    • Previous call centre experience in a short-term insurance client centric, retention or sales environment will be preferred
    • Experience in short-term insurance will be advantageous

    Duties & Responsibilities; 

    • As a client retentions advisor, you will be responsible for retaining existing clients who want to cancel their insurance.

    Branch Manager - Mahikeng

    Role Purpose;    

    Manage and motivate a team of Financial Advisors to deliver an excellent client experience and support the achievement of Metropolitan Channel sales targets.

    Requirements;   

    Qualifications;

    • Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
    • FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5 passed
    • 120 credit FAIS recognised qualification

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years’ working experience in the insurance industry environment
    • A Minimum of 2 years managerial experience in overseeing the rendering of financial advice to fulfil the duties of a compliant key individual and be registered with the FSP
    • FAIS Tier 1 & 2 financial products (Long term insurance products, Pension benefit products and Collective investment scheme products)

    • Develop plans to achieve sales targets in line with client centric practices.

    • Communicate and implement approved team targets within area of responsibility.
