    Business Performance Reporting Administrator

    Job Description

    • The role provides support to EMEA Accounting and Employee Operational Services by gathering and analysing data for reports that show EMEA service performance against the agreed SLAs with customers, as well as reporting on internal KPIs that track leading indicators for the centre. The Service Analyst is also responsible for supporting processes such as Service Level Management, Service Governance, Incident Management, Change Request Management and Continuous Improvement

    Senior Engineer Reliability

     

    Job Description

    • As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will provide a service function to the production and maintenance functions, purposed to employ sound reliability engineering principles and methods, to reduce the risk of poor performance and reliability to production plans and budgets caused by equipment reliability issues.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Implementation, tracking, and monitoring of the asset management framework and leading the development of maintenance tactics in line with Operating Model

    Deployment Business Partner

    Job Description

    • The scope of the role will include the delivery and deployment of all value streams from the HR Excellence project and other programmes. This role will continuously work with Group HR and Business Units (BUs) to deploy new or expanded service activities within GSS PS to meet the needs of the business.

    The primary accountabilities will incorporate:

    • Operationalise GSS PS deployment plans to manage testing, cutover, benefits realization, governance, risk and stabilisation to plan the deployment lifecycle
    • Lead overall assessment of go-live readiness and anticipated support for GSS PS
    • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to manage and mitigate business risks
    • Coordinate and execute GSS PS change management with delivering deployment communications, local training and engagement-related activities
    • Identify and manage the resource requirements for GSS PS to deliver the deployment plan inclusive of all project resources (e.g., Project Manager, Change Lead) and business resources (e.g. Service Lines Leads, BUs and SMEs) and backfill requirements in order to deliver change where required
    • Work with various teams such as communication, training, HR and OD specialists in the formulation of plans to support deployment
    • Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between deployment projects
    • Ensure optimal Service Level metrics are in place to improve accountability, usability, value and relevance with GSS PS customers
    • Ensure governance of desktop procedures, SOP’s are in place for all deployments undertaken
    • Partner with Group Functions and BUs to understand their local nuances, build into deployment plan and ensure that they are documented as part of Global standard service line process
    • Ensure that all deployments activities have a service charge agreement established or updated and are delivered to the GSS PS Commercial team
    • Promote GSS PS to current as well as new businesses to achieve buy in and support
    • Manage stakeholder relationships within GSS PS, including with the Service Line Leads and teams in scope for deployment
    • Maintain GSS PS deployment reporting on status, risks and issues to key stakeholders
    • Oversee and ensure the appropriate approve is obtained for all proposed changes of processes
    • Manage the GSS PS Deployment team to assure team motivation and flawless operations.
    • Provide ongoing management and development of the GSS PS Deployment team including setting objectives and work allocation
    • Develop and maintain pro-active and constructive relationships with the business clients by demonstrating an understanding of their business, their requirements and set expectations accordingly.

    Join us as a Scheduler and take accountability for developing and managing the schedule for Projects delivered by the Stay In Business Northern Cape Hub by ensuring:
