    Business Relationship Management Specialist

    Job Description

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Act as liaison between GSS and its partners (BU/Supply Chain/GPO/COE)
    • Coordinate the resolution of actions stemming from the Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs) between GSS and its partners (BU/Supply Chain/FPO)
    • Be the single point of contact for level 3 escalations to GSS – facilitate resolution and report back
    • Coordinate reporting material for MPR
    • Define agenda based on performance highlights – key talking points
    • Facilitate the review of performance – internal alignment
    • Prepare GSS leads to drive performance discussions (KPI dashboards)
    • Facilitate the compilation of the KPI dashboards
    • Identify business opportunities through process enhancements
    • Facilitate and report back on partner feedback surveys
    • Engage with the Senior leadership teams within the BU’s to drive GSS growth
    • Chair the Monthly performance reviews and ensure constructive and collaborative discussions aimed at driving performance improvement
    • Monitor ongoing commitments to ensure fulfilment (Track and update actions stemming from the MPR’s/ follow up on ongoing improvement initiatives and report back)
    • Facilitate problem solving sessions where necessary/ Act as mediator

    This role is at a band 6 level reporting into the Manager: Business Relationship Management

    Qualifications

    • Business or Finance Degree
    • Project Management certification an advantage
    • Drivers license and own vehicle required

    Experience:

    • Project management
    • Business analysis
    • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
    • Strong knowledge on Finance processes
    • Ability to derive insights from reported data and recommend necessary actions
    • Knowledge of shared services functions
    • Manage escalations and facilitate the closure of actions effectively
    • Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups and in a matrix organization

    • Experience of working with Finance and HR services is a benefit
    • Experience in programme management from strategy through to implementation
    • Experience in change management
    • Experience of developing process, procedures, controls documentation
