    Business Performance Reporting Administrator

    Job Description

    • The role provides support to EMEA Accounting and Employee Operational Services by gathering and analysing data for reports that show EMEA service performance against the agreed SLAs with customers, as well as reporting on internal KPIs that track leading indicators for the centre. The Service Analyst is also responsible for supporting processes such as Service Level Management, Service Governance, Incident Management, Change Request Management and Continuous Improvement

    More of your responsibilities will include:

    • Produce monthly data & draft reports for input to Service Governance forums (manual data received from delivery teams)
    • Contribute to the delivery of Global Shared Services’ global internal and external routine and ad hoc reporting at a management (tactical) and operational level, relating to Finance, People Services and Enablement Functions across all regions: EMEA, LATAM and APAC, and Business Units including:
    • Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs)
    • Operational Performance Reviews (OPRs)
    • Other related reports
    • Responsible for contributing to data submissions, data extractions, analysis, review and distribution of management and operational related reports.
    • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the reporting output whilst adhering to the month-end planning schedule.
    • Partner with Stakeholders to understand their requirements and managing requirements through effective communication.
    • Adhere to the new or change reporting request process established to manage the end-to-end process from receipt of a request, delivery and close off, of a request
    • Working closely with Global Shared Services team members responsible for data submissions to avoid delays
    • Maintenance of the report review schedule in accordance with reporting governance principles
    • Support efforts to ensure quality of service performance trend analysis reports produced monthly

    This role is at a band 8 level reporting into the Business Performance Reporting Coordinator.

    Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance
    • Analytics certificate would be an advantage

    Knowledge And Skills

    • 1 – 2 years’ experience in participating in service management processes (performance management, service level management, customer surveys, continuous improvement
    • Analytical skills in order to understand and develop service management reports
    • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency Excel
    • Accounting and employee services (HR and payroll) knowledge in order to apply relevant principles to service management related activities
    • Good English written and spoken skills
    • Attention to detail
