    Senior Account Manager - 12 Months Contract

     

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • The Senior Key Account Manager will facilitate growth in the contribution to Revenue and Gross Profit of Nexio by chiefly developing new business and then managing customer engagements at all levels within the customer business landscape.
    • SAM will have enough knowledge of the market conditions from a macro and micro perspective to make informed decisions and provide direction to customers specific to their requirements.
    • As a SAM understanding the Industry Verticals and the strategies needed to be effective and offer Industry Specific solutions.
    • The SAM will assist in identifying solutions that need to be offered as part of collaboration with internal Nexio pre-sales-, product-, services- support staff with engaging, open communication and teamwork.
    • Engaging customers in unison with Nexio’s strategies and passion for service excellence and professionalism.
    • SAM engages at customer C-Levels and offers solution and services with a thorough and comprehensive understanding of their organization which supports the continued provision of essential solutions and services in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
    • SAM need to have the ability and is capable of prospecting large enterprises at an executive level and to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently and effectively.
    • Exciting the customer and delivering an exceptional experience is part and parcel of the SAM and what the SAM must provide.
    • Act as the customer lead to the extended solution and / or service delivery team.
    • The above objectives and ability to manage stakeholders and outcomes will be essential to succeed. 

    ROLE REQUIREMENT

    • Alignment with key strategic initiatives as determined by the Board from time to time.
    • Keeping abreast of technological changes and how it influences the engagement with the various customer market verticals.
    • Complete understanding of Nexio’s annual Revenue and Gross Profit budget deliverables and how each individual AM’s success is imperative to delivering on target and on budget.
    • Taking the lead and driving successful customer engagements coupled with engagement from the various Nexio support teams and back-office processes.
    • Deliver on targeted Revenue and Gross Profit values.
    • Develop on a continuous basis a pipeline of prospects that will feed into the overall pipeline value of the business and meticulously update and progress pipeline opportunities to purchase orders.
    • Thorough understanding of the market and market verticals and their associated technological and business requirements.
    • Knowing, understanding and mapping Nexio focused solutions to customer requirements.
    • Accurate reporting of activities by populating the Nexio CRM system on a daily basis with relevant customer data and interaction.

    JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

    • A successful Senior Account Manager is a self-motivated individual who can perform at optimal levels under pressure.

    Executive Head of Finance Business Partnering

    ROLE REQUIREMENT

    • Provide insightful, timely and value-added input so that BU management teams see Decision Support as a key contributor
    • Develop credibility with segment (Regions, Costs centres, Contracts, sales segments and Service units) management so in order to able to challenge the business to achieve its objective and generate value for the company and assist in bring consistency across all the business units in terms of decision support presentation.
    • Enable improved decision making and identify and drive focused corrective actions.
    • Challenge the business to drive sustainable value proactively through informed and insightful decision making by analysing actual results
    • Evaluate product performance
    • Support sales segment offerings in Nexio and support the EHOD FP&A in driving Technology Efficiency Programme initiatives.
    • Post implementation reviews (capex, contract, and product) and developing the enablement processes to make corrections to products

    Develop accounting strategy

    • Investigate and analyse the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the strategy of the Group to determine possible accounting implications on Nexio
    • Evaluate the impact on the accounting of new products/services offered and new contracts entered by the Nexio
    • Identify the finance operational activities that could impact on the accounting of the Group; Determine the IFRS guidance and international benchmarks that impacts on the accounting policies

    Manage external audits

    • Prepare and agree the annual auditing schedule with the relevant business units and external auditors
    • Agree the objectives and deliverables of the audit with the external auditors in accordance with IFRS requirements
    • Contract the deliverables and target dates with the audit team members in accordance with the audit plan
    • Schedule the audit in accordance with the audit plan together with the relevant role players
    • Compile the appropriate documentation on conclusion of the audit i.e. annual financial statements
    • Conduct the generic follow-up actions in accordance with the external audit findings and contract the specific follow-up actions. Monitor line to ensure that the audit findings are addressed
    • Manage external audits in accordance with policies and procedures and within the allocated time frame.

    Statutory compliance

    • Identify the applicable statutory requirements utilising the relevant resources

    Specialist: Cybersecurity Incident Handling Analyst

     

    ROLE REQUIREMENT

    • Adheres to the standard operating procedure and playbooks in the SOC.
    • Impacts on Customer satisfaction and confidence in the SOC Service and service level performance.
    • Validate and declare security incidents based on incident handling methodologies.
    • Confirm severity levels (S0 to S4) using SLA severity classification.
    • Provide guidance and support to SOC Analysts during incident response.
    • Determine the impact on critical systems or data sets and advise on remediation steps.
    • Manage security events, incidents, and service requests via the ticketing systems.

    Incident Coordination and Support:

    • Provide expert technical support to Analysts and Operational personnel to resolve incidents.
    • Coordinate incident response activities and ensure timely resolution.

    Incident Analysis and Remediation:

    • Correlate incident data to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation.
    • Analyze log files from various sources to detect network security threats.
    • Perform incident triage, determine scope and impact, identify vulnerabilities, and suggest remediation actions.
    • Collect intrusion artifacts and leverage data for mitigating potential incidents.

    Incident Reporting and Communication:

    • Perform trend analysis and report on cyber defense incidents.
    • Track and document incidents from detection to resolution and closure.
    • Write and publish incident findings, guidance, and reports for relevant stakeholders.
    • Produce after-action reviews and facilitate lessons learned sessions.

    Real-Time Incident Handling:

    • Conduct real-time incident handling tasks, including forensic collections, threat analysis, and system remediation.
    • Collect artifacts and inspect for possible mitigation on enterprise systems.
    • Collaboration and Liaison:

    Serve as a technical expert and liaison to Incident Analysts and Operational personnel.

    • Coordinate with intelligence analysts to correlate threat assessment data.
    • Monitor external data sources to stay updated on cyber defense threat conditions.

    Additional Information:

    • Individuals at this level are competent in best practices in security incident handling in an established SOC.
    • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with the SOC team and customer stakeholders.
    • Competent communication skills and communication of complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Competent in producing and presenting work.
    • Good understanding of security incident analysis and incident handling practices, proficient knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and security architecture in an established SOC.

    TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

    • Adhere to operational processes in the NIST CSF, CIS CSC, NIST SP 800-53, and MITRE ATT&CK framework
    • Proficient in incident triage methodologies and techniques to identify and investigate potential security threats and apply playbooks.
    • Prior experience to advise, plan, deploy, configure, manage, and monitoring large-scale and complex cyber defence and IT risk management and information or cybersecurity solutions.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Grade 12
    • One or more of these industry Cybersecurity Certifications: such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, or relevant vendor-specific certifications
    • Minimum of four (4) years of work experience, and three (3) years of relevant experience in an established SOC and information security/cybersecurity
    • Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
    • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, incident response methodologies, and defense-in-depth practices.
    • Proficiency in analyzing log files, conducting trend analysis, and correlating incident data.
    • Experience with incident triage, vulnerability identification, and remediation recommendations.
    • Familiarity with forensic tools and techniques for collecting artifacts.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.
    • Ability to coordinate incident response functions and collaborate with internal and external teams.
    • Stay informed about the latest cyber threats and industry developments.
