    Admin Team Leader - Tygervalley Sub-Acute Hospital

    ABOUT

    • Intercare Tygervalley Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Hospital (Pty) Ltd situated in Bellville, seeks to recruit an Admin Team Leader.  The purpose of the position is to manage the entire patient administration process from admission through to collection of outstanding accounts.


    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Take responsibility for the day to day administrative management of the hospital in the absence of the Hospital Manager.
    • Adhere to company policy and procedures relating to finalization of accounts.
    • Manage processes of admission and discharge.
    • Ensure maintenance of office equipment including but not limited to computer hardware, copier machines, printers, etc.
    • Ensure that all patients admitted have required authorization and / or made the required payments prior to admission.
    • Ensure all files are audited, finalized and released for payment purposes.
    • Manage medical aid and other 3rd party account submissions and rejections.
    • Manage the cashier processes and banking function.
    • Coordinate and prepare monthly creditor reconciliation for approval by the Hospital Manager.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum Grade 12
    • Relevant Diploma advantageous
    • Computer proficiency (MS Office) essential
    • At least 2 to 4 years’ experience in an Admin Supervisory role in health care environment.

    IT Application Support Technician

    • Intercare Corporate Services in Lynnwood, Pretoria, seeks to recruit IT Application Support Technicians.
    • The purpose of the position is to provide technical assistance to computer system users, answer questions or resolve computer hardware, software and network queries. Provide assistance concerning the use of application software, including but not limited to Practice Management Systems, Electronic Medical Record Software and Operating Systems. 

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • To perform or ensure proper installation of cables, operating system, or appropriate software.
    • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software or peripheral equipment following design or installation specifications.
    • To confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve
    • To install/configure set-up commands and conduct analysis and evaluation on the functionality of application software.
    • Set up, install and test new units prior to handover and monitoring functionality.
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software related problems and replace defective components when necessary.
    • Management of Virtualized and Cloud Infrastructure.
    • To receive and prioritize user log calls/requests.
    • Provide guidance to new users with start-up/log-on procedures.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12
    • IT related qualification
    • At least 3 years experience as an IT Support Technician & IT Infrastructure.
    • Willingness to travel to the different localities with own transport

    IT Operations Manager - Corporate Services

The purpose of the position is to be a strategic business partner by taking full responsibility of the Information Technology Operations and the management of efficient IT services within the organization.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maximization of service delivery to strengthen the relationship between the IT department and its customers and effectively handle and resolve customer and user complaints.
    • Maintain acceptable helpdesk standards with regards to hardware, operating systems, office tools and applications.
    • Ensure maximum uptime of all IT systems, databases, communication mechanisms and applications.
    • Provide database support and ensure integrity of data.
    • Maintain disaster recovery plans.
    • Take overall responsibility for backup & security of company mission critical data & systems.
    • Implement good IT governance through ITIL practices.
    • Plan and ensure capacity of ITC resources in order to maintain operational efficiency.
    • Plan and ensure infrastructure for new developments.
    • General upkeep all information systems and resources.
    • Monitoring and reporting of company systems.
    • Act as 3rd level technical expert for advanced problem finding and resolution.
    • Manage strategic service suppliers & vendor accounts.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems advantageous.
    • Relevant Diploma or Certification in Information Technology MCSE
    • Ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders
    • 3 Years' Experience at Management level
