    Workshop Foreman (Boland)

    •  As a key figure in the workshop, you will be responsible for maintaining high production standards while delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring first-time fixes, and providing accurate reporting. The ideal candidate is not just skilled with a spanner but also exhibits strong leadership and team management skills and embodies the dependability and robustness that the brand is celebrated for.

    Job Requirements

    • Motor Mechanics Certificate
    • A valid Drivers License
    • Must have at least 3 years of Foreman/Team Leader experience in a franchised motor dealership (Passenger & light commercial vehicles)
    • Must be computer literate.
    • A stable work history
    • Reliable and contactable references
