Key Responsibilities

•  Establish and maintain a production plan by integrating the various demands on the production plan and evaluating work orders to determine the resource requirements.
•  Coordinate resources by ensuring customer satisfaction by optimizing resources for planned, unplanned Live work activities taking cognizance of level agreements and contracts.
•  Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring that dates, times and other requirements which are critical from a customer perspective is met.
•  Provide information management by managing information by correctly capturing the relevant information on work in a progress and completed work in progress and completed work such as response time.
•  Perform continuous improvement by recommending improvements to the production planning processes by influencing business rules and process for production planning.
