    Wills Processor: Wills Vault: Retail Affluent: Sanlam Trust: Bellville: PG 05 / 06

    Outputs / Core Tasks:

    OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

    • Processing requests of a copy of a will.
    • Filing of signed wills.
    • Scanning of signed wills.
    • Uploading of documents to wills system.
    • Capturing of data on system.
    • Preparing wills daily for the different estate departments when reporting of an estate from the regions.
    • Ensuring correctness of information on wills system.
    • Telephonic enquiries.
    • General administration assistance to the Wills Department.

    PASSION FOR CLIENTS

    • Registration, retrieval and preparing of copies of wills within specified turnaround times.
    • Dispatch wills to regions within specified turnaround times.
    • Comply with Sanlam Trust jockey policy.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12
       

    Experience:

    • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
       

    Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of Sanlam Trust procedures.
    • Knowledge of the correct signature procedures relating to wills.
    • Knowledge of the jockey policy.
    • Knowledge of appropriate legislation linked to wills.
