    Training And Support Coordinator

    The overall purpose of this position is to coordinate training interventions as per the training function, within area of responsibility. Compliance with best practices, quality assurance standards and Industry requirements as per impacting legislation.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Driver’s License (EB)
    • Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Access)
    • Grade 12 / NQF 4
    • A minimum of five (5) years Security Industry Experience
    • Must be able to compile and manage a Project Plan (implementation to completion)

    Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

    • Coach and guide learners on learning programmes
    • Communicate programme information to management, as well as learners and facilitate enrolments, progress and terminations
    • Effective control of learners and learner discipline
    • Data analysis and Quality Assurance of training data on relevant systems
    • Compile, coordinate and manage project plans
    • Assist with eLearning management, which include development and checking of new programmes implementation
    • Present and coordinate programmes according to Industry and internal requirements
    • Compliance with legislative and Quality Assurance, relating to the Fidelity Services Group
