Trading Desk Support Enablement Specialist at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank

Job Description

• To manage the trade lifecycle, supporting various RMB Morgan Stanley Desks from an Operational perspective, facilitating the end-to-end trading processes, and enabling trade events across functional areas. 
• To act as an interface between Front Office and the various Business support capabilities, including operations, technology, finance, and key client contacts. Prepare, monitor, track and validate manual trades for structured/complex products to identify, investigate and resolve exceptions, effectively manage data and to ensure that trades can be effectively settled.
• RMB Morgan Stanley, an equity stockbroker on the JSE and A2X, is a joint venture between RMB and Morgan Stanley, offering exposure to two fantastic companies.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:  

• Have a B. Com in Information Technology, Finance or Accounting
• Financial and / or equity markets experience
• Have a JSE trader’s licence
• Have experience or interest in process re-engineering
