    TeleAccounts Representative - Durban

    What you’ll have done before:

    Baseline

    • Minimum 2 years B2B Sales & Marketing or 3 years remote customer interaction.
    • Business Administration/Marketing diploma or equivalent work experience.
    • Customer interaction and problem resolution over the phone.
    • Experience in Credit Management and computer skills (MS Office, etc.).
    • Deep knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Credit Management.
    • Experience with Proposals.
    • Effective prioritization and execution in a high-pressure environment.
    • Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced setting. Attention to detail.

    Advantageous

    • Ability to work in a changing environment and navigate ambiguity.
    • Quick adaptation to change. Advanced Telephone Skills.
    • Understanding of fuel supply requirements and solutions for various industries.
    • Understanding of the fuel industry.

    • Ability to collaborate and to work effectively cross-functionally, including senior management, project team and other departments within the organization

    What you’ll be doing

    • Proactively Manage Customers, using the phone and electronic media as main channels, in order to enhance our Profitability by way of:
    • Building relationships with customers and providing customer service
    • Implementing sales initiatives in order to meet business plan
    • Ensuring HSEQ policies are implemented and followed
    • Cross selling to customers
    • Implementing credit management initiatives
    • Managing contracts
    • Maintaining and managing customer master data
    • Generate relevant monthly reports
    • General Sales Administrative duties
