    Business Development Coordinator

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Marketing or related diploma/degree
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Experience in a professional services environment will be advantageous.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct in-depth research and compile key insights to prepare partners for effective and well-informed business development meetings.
    • Conduct detailed research on conference attendees to facilitate targeted and productive networking engagements.
    • Coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries for BD trips and Conferences.
    • Manage all aspects of travel logistics, including flights, transfers, and local transportation, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
    • Liaise with travel agent to secure accommodation, ensuring a comfortable and strategic base for successful engagements.
    • Facilitate Foreign Exchange Orders for BD Trips and Conferences: Manage the procurement of foreign currency for international BD travel and conferences.
    • Oversee the planning and scheduling of meetings, sending formal requests, and arranging optimal dates and times to align with clients’ and partners’ availability for BD trips.
    • Oversee the complete registration process for international conferences, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
    • Compare conference delegate lists with existing client filing data to identify potential networking opportunities and strategic targets.
    • Prepare Initial Trip Reports for Partners to complete after their BD trips or conferences.
    • Assist with the client feedback surveys.
    • Manage Subscription & Membership Renewals: Oversee the timely renewal of all professional subscriptions and memberships, ensuring continued access to essential resources and networks.
    • Support the BD Intern with Tender administration when required.
    • Support the team with preparation of presentation decks and related material for client presentations.
    • Support the team in maintaining the BD Database

    Document Management System Administrator (iManage)

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualification and Experience

    • At least a Matric or NQF equivalent (NQF Level 4).
    • A minimum of 2-3 years iManage document management experience
    • Relevant iManage certification

    Knowldge and Skills

    • Desktop support skills - Windows 10 & 11 & Office 365
    • Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022 knowledge
    • Knowledge of SQL & T SQL queries
    • Knowledge of SQL & T SQL queries
    • DMS administration and support skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • A sound work ethic (working with confidential information)
    • Able to collaborate with a team.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness and availability to work after hours on a regular basis to meet deadlines and business requirements.
    • Strong attention to detail

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Administer and maintain all infrastructure and systems for the iManage Document Management System.
    • Provide training and support for users and helpdesk staff for the iManage Document Management System.
    • Monitoring and developing integration with other systems where needed in collaboration with various vendors.
    • Maintaining current standard operating procedures and developing new standard operating procedures for users and support staff where required in accordance with best practices.
    • Liaising with various vendors for third-party support, and licensing for the iManage Document Management System.
    • 3rd Level user support for the iManage Document Management System.
    • Co-ordinating projects related to the iManage Document Management System.
    • Assisting and maintaining iManage SQL Services and queries.
    • Maintenance and testing of system.
    • Monthly reporting.
