This role will support the whole Data & Insights team by completing a variety of activities across the team. Typical activities are listed here:
- Participation in daily standups to flag issues, blockers and plan work
- Completing a variety of activities across reporting, systems access, data steward, operational and continuous improvement and insights projects, using workflow management tools and ServiceNow
- Maintaining the team’s service catalogue and process reviews
- Maintaining and supporting the suite of existing PowerBI solutions
- Monitoring tools such as Alteryx Server, reporting bot that supports our processes etc and remediating failures
