    Salesforce Technical Consultant

    Qualifications /Certifications required:

    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

    • Manage Salesforce data including data migration and data quality initiatives.

    • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

    Commercial:

    • Supporting Pre-sales during the development of new business with new or existing clients

    Data and Insights Analyst

    Describe the role in more detail.

    This role will support the whole Data & Insights team by completing a variety of activities across the team. Typical activities are listed here:

    • Participation in daily standups to flag issues, blockers and plan work
    • Completing a variety of activities across reporting, systems access, data steward, operational and continuous improvement and insights projects, using workflow management tools and ServiceNow
    • Maintaining the team’s service catalogue and process reviews
    • Maintaining and supporting the suite of existing PowerBI solutions
