    Technician Instrumentation x1 Generation (Van der Kloof Power Station)

    Minimum Requirements
    Qualification(s):

    •  National Diploma/National N Diploma Technical

    Experience:

    •  Related experience in maintenance (P1 & P2 experiential training)

    Skills and Competencies

    •  Communication literacy
    •  Basic health and safety knowledge
    •  Computer literacy skills
    •  HV/LV Regulations
    •  Problem Solving
    •  Knowledge of Plant Fundamental policies
    •  Quality Control
    •  Extensive knowledge of National & International Engineering codes & standards 

    Key Responsibilities

    •  Maintain Optimisation of Allocated System
    •  Verify That Correct Components / Spares/ Services Etc. Are Procured
    • Assist with Modifications to Improve Reliability Of Plant
    •  Advise And Assist With Staff Development
    •  Performs Projects / Contracts Supervision Activities
    •  Comply To Permit To Work System
    •  Perform Administration Activities
