    Talent Acquisition Administrator

    • The Talent Acquisition Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Analyst Team assuring all recruitment administration operations are carried out in a timely, accurate and consistent manner. You will be responsible for all administrative support activities associated with the end to end recruitment process – for example job posting, candidate screening, selection and interview scheduling and pre-employment checks.

    KEY TASKS

    PEOPLE

    • Be a trusted and reliable partner for the Talent Acquisition Operation teams – Analysts and Sourcing Analysts, HR and Hiring Managers
    • Collaborate with and provide administration support for all parties engaged in the end to end recruitment process

    TECHNICAL

    • Be fully accountable for all recruitment administrative operations from job posting until candidate offer acceptance
    • Ensure external job posting are made to the correct web sites according to the role requirements
    • Collect and store any required information/data/documents needed as part of the application process
    • Coordinate interview scheduling
    • Manage travel scheduling and reimbursements
    • Coordinate pre/post-employment checks including assessments

    COMMERCIAL

    • Deliver upon the team goal and objectives set to enable SLA’s and KPI’s to be achieved
    • Develop an expertise over your business area and continually identify improvement opportunities in the processes you work with

    Qualifications

    • National Diploma – HR and related
    • Degree in HR and related – Preferrable

    EXPERIENCE

    Technical Knowledge:

    • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment/ Human Resources
    • Previous exposure to recruitment business
    • Strong PC skills, with a confident approach working with the MS Office suite, Applicant Tacking System experience advantageous.

    SKILLS

    • Be able to follow process and have a strong attention to detail
    • Experience in delivering services against agreed SLAs/KPIs
    • Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload and to meet time specific deadlines and targets
    • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and solid time management skills
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communicator passionate about candidate experience
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
    • Collaborative approach to working
    • Excellent interpersonal skills;
    • Have a high level of self-motivation
