An opportunity exists in the IT & Systems division of Mazars; an international professional services firm, based at Mazars House in Century City, Cape Town.

Job Purpose

To support the Systems Engineers by performing daily operational tasks of Mazars IT infrastructure across 10 offices in South Africa.

Role & Responsibilities

• Administer server infrastructure solutions (hardware/software/network/cloud/storage)
• Administer Microsoft suite of back-office (Active Directory, Exchange, IIS)
• Administer VMware and Veeam infrastructures
• Administer Microsoft Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
• Effectively monitor infrastructure environment and take corrective action
• Provide 2nd level support to the Service Desk

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Grade 12
• 2 years’ experience in administering and maintaining Microsoft infrastructure in a corporate environment.
• MCSE 2012 or similar certification (Required)
• Azure Administrator Associate certification (Beneficial)
• Messaging Administrator Associate certification (Beneficial)
• Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification (Beneficial)
• Enterprise Administrator Expert certification (Desirable)
