Key Output

• Assessment, Coaching and development of learners and artisans
• Ensure Technical learning compliance with supplier standards
• Arrange and manage learning events
• Assess learners and Artisans to comply with national qualification requirements
• Lead Learners MDI huddles
• Apply expert knowledge and experience to facilitate learning and coaching of service artisans and learners to develop competence in repairing, servicing and maintaining of Earthmoving
• Equipment and components to supplier standards and customer requirements

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Registered / certified Artisan. [Mechanic in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) with minimum 3 years post-apprentice/learnership experience
• Sound interpersonal relationship skills
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Applicable product knowledge
• Demonstrated practical and theoretical learning facilitation skill;
• Technical Representative / Product Analyst / Technical Training Instructor experience is an added advantage
