Service Agent (Internship) at Momentum Investments

Job Purpose

Accurate Indexing of all incoming work through the email system, responding to email communication from clients, answering of calls from clients as well as accurately capture instructions, death claims and associated processes according to agreed standards and turnaround times.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately capture and check all instructions received.
• Ensure adherence to SLA on all instructions to process.
• Accurately apply legislative requirements to all cases captured.
• Attend to all calls and queries in a professional and friendly manner in order to provide an excellent client experience.
• Investigate client queries within the agreed service level and ensure that client receives timeous feedback.
• Provide accurate information to clients and stakeholders in order to ensure that the client receives the appropriate post sales services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.
• Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Matric.
• 1-2 years administrative experience in an Investment Service environment.
• Proficiency and accuracy in data capturing.
• Experience dealing with Collective Investments (advantageous).
• Knowledge of LISP and long-term insurance products and services (preferred).
• Knowledge of KYC and FICA.
• Knowledge of CISCA Legislation.
• Knowledge of TCF.
