    Customer Care Officer

    Key Responsibility Areas:

    Query resolution

    • Handle inbound and outbound communications via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, measured by:
    • Quality of interactions
    • Clarity and accuracy of written and verbal communication
    • Proactively manage customer expectations by identifying common trends in the contact center
    • Manage general enquiries, QA administration, and changes
    • Provide individualized support to customers including Sea Bucks enquiries
    • Achieve strategic targets and performance metrics
    • Offer comprehensive solutions tailored to customers' needs and requirements

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

    Qualifications:

    • Matric certificate
    • Fluency in English and at least one additional language
    • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office ( intermediate/Advanced level)
    • Minimum 5-year experience in:
    • Call center environment (omni-channel)
    • Customer Care roles (Retail, Front-of-House, Reception, etc.)
    • Contact center qualification (advantageous)

    B2B Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing of customer key accounts/relationships
    • Achieving sales budgets
    • Regular customer branch and head office visits/meetings
    • Cold calling on new customer prospects
    • Assisting with the marketing function (advertising opportunities/trade shows)
    • Pricing negotiation with buying head office and direct customers
    • Ensuring customer orders are placed, and stock rotation is well managed at customers.
    • Assisting with co-ordinating orders with the Johannesburg depot in line with the order/delivery cycle
    • Follow-up on payments from customers where required.
    • Keeping the business up to date with the general market and competitor activities
    • Proven experience in relationship management and development.
    • Some travelling to see customers in other regions.
    • Self-starter with the energy to work and grow with the company.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Grade 12 with a relevant post matric qualification being advantageous.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales environment dealing with the commodity products (preferably dairy commodities).
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Proven experience in relationship management and development.
    • Knowledge of logistics and transport negotiations.
    • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to the Free State, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West and KZN regions.
    • Self-motivated and energetic.
    • Intermediate level of ability with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
