    Senior Professional Nurse

    Requirements

    • Diploma in General Nursing, Midwifery and Community Nursing Science
    • Current registration with SANC
    • At least 4-5 years’ experience in a Personal Primary Health Care Service/ Programmes
    • A Valid Drivers’ License

    Key Performance Areas

    • Planning and implementation of policy, procedures, goals and objectives at facility level
    • Assisting the Clinic Manager with the management and supervision of Personal Primary Health Care staff within a facility
    • Implementing the external and internal communication plan within the community and the facility
    • Monitoring and evaluation of personal primary health care services
    • Assist with the efficient usage of resources and assets in the facility
    • Consulting and providing preventative, curative and rehabilitative treatment/health care to clients
    • Participating in the delivery of awareness and educational programmes regarding clinical approaches for safe and healthy living
