Senior Manager: Financial Services Products - Centurion at Sabenza IT

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Lead and oversee the Financial Service business unit, driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.
• Develop and launch innovative micro-lending and savings and investment products, leveraging market insights and customer needs.
• Manage credit and operations effectively to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate and manage key stakeholder relationships, including third-party partners and regulatory bodies.
• Mitigate business risks through proactive risk management strategies.
• Foster a high-performance culture through effective people management and leadership.
• Champion customer experience (CX) best practices to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 

Requirements:

• Post-graduate degree or MBA preferred.
• Qualification in strategy, leadership, business management, or credit management is advantageous.
• 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in banking product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and achieving market success. 
• Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) strategies and implementation.
