Senior Credit Controller - Clayville at Clover S.A. Proprietary Limited

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: 

• To supervise the collection of money due to the company.

Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer literacy (Advanced) 
• Code 10 motor vehicle license
• Must have more than 3 years management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities    

Manage and implement controls for the full credit control function

• Supervise staff 
• Plan and manage leave 
• Manage KPI's of team 
• Assist in managing discipline of the team 
• Assist in training and development of team
• Able to track staff performance and provide training where needed.
• Manage monthly review and final sign off of controllers’ probation period.
• Review controller checklists daily/weekly/monthly.

Adjust credit limits 

• Follow-up on credit limits and adjust when required 
• Assist with the opening of new stores accounts 
• Compile monthly reports

Liaise with customers 

• Must be able to assist customer to resolve issues on the accounts.
• Follow-up on overdue accounts 
• Manage and follow-up on customers who have exceeded their credit limit.
