Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all relevant and applicable legal principles
• Knowledge of Eskom’s policies, processes, and procedures
• Knowledge of Legislation and common law in the following areas of specialisation: Knowledge in Nuclear, Energy and Electricity Law, Customer Service, Procurement and Administrative Law, NEC suite of contracts, Law of Contract, General litigation in higher and lower courts, Insurance Law, Cross border contracts, Regulatory and Local Government, NERSA.
• Experience working in a top tier law firm will be advantageous.
• Admission as an attorney will be an added advantage.
• Specialised training and experience in Nuclear, Energy and Electricity law.
