Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

•      B Degree / B Tech in Law/Auditing/Political Sciences/Business
•      Administration/Management at NQF 7 with 360 credits

 Related Minimum Experience:
 

•            5 years’ experience in
•            Interpretation and analysis of statutes   
•            Implementation of corporate governance principles,
•            Governance programs and compliance management
•            Framework, negotiation of SLAS and secretariat skills

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide a compliance function in the division
•  Conducting regular assessments on the Companies and subsidiaries status of compliance on regulatory and legal requirements
•  Ensure that consistent and transparent Governance is maintained
•  Facilitate the negotiations and implementation of SLAS with service providers
•  Ensure proper identification and treatment of compliance risks
