SC Operations Manager - Gauteng at PepsiCo

Responsibilities

• Responsible for data collection and reporting
• Driving effeciency and cost improvements
• Facilitates forecast, order and shipping of concentrate working with PGCS & Bottler operations teams
• Drives Pep+ agenda with regards to Water usage reduction, energy efficiency improvement & Plastic reduction
• Support the Franchise/Category teams in the development and execution of AOP priorities
• Ensure adherence to PEP Quality & Food Safety policies to ensure Trade Mark Protection 
• Lead on-ground trials and execution of Product and Packaging innovation
• System Productivity through the provision of Best Practices & Technical/Engineering support
• Capability Building by providing or facilitating Beverage training programs
• Technical lead for new franchise operations/new plants in the geography

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in an operating environment
• Must have experienced background in Manufacturing (Beverages added advantage)
• Thrives well in a busy and demanding environment
• Proven results at delivering business change
• Operating knowledge of how to commercialise large scale innovation
• Project leadership skills
• High level of business acumen ~ commercially savvy and financially aware
• Willingness to work across different BU’s
• Flexibility to travel up to 50%
