• The successful incumbent will interact with clients at all levels to understand the business requirements to conclude the blueprint, configuration, testing, migration/deployment, support and continuous enhancements of the SAP S/4 HANA solution in the applicable line of business (Warehouse Management, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Service and Enterprise Asset Management).The SAP S/4HANA professional will design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.

Qualifications / Certifications required: 

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or other
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA preferred, else the candidate should have sufficient experience in the S/4HANA domain. 
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public and/or Private Cloud advantageous Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile methodologies and Scrum ways of working preferred

Experience required: 

• Associate - at least 1 to 2 years of experience in SAP as a functional consultant is an advantage. 
• Senior Associate - at least 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP as a functional consultant is an advantage. 
• Manager - at least 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP as a functional consultant is an advantage. 
• Senior Manager - at least 10 years of experience in SAP as a functional consultant is an advantage. 
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of end to end business processes for the applicable line of business. 
• Ability to lead work streams and mentor junior consultants 
• Ability to lead engagements with clients and assist in fostering a clear SAP S/4HANA roadmap 
• Proven record of at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations 
• Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and conduct training sessions.

Responsibilities of role: 

• Provide business and functional sexpertise in SAP business processes, including deployment and conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.. Assess impact and gaps in current business processes and configuration vs. the equivalent in SAP S/4HANA, and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.
