Sales Representative - Centurion at The Heineken Company

Requirements:

• Relevant Tertiary Education
• 2-3 years Sales experience in FMCG or relevant field 
• Flexible 44 working hour week
• Weekend promotions
• Awareness and understanding of the implications of fundamental commercial implications on day-to-day decisions
• A basic awareness of the key fundamentals of budgeting, control and reporting
• Understand the primary key drivers of sales in different channels
• Demonstrate an understanding of how technology works within the sales process
• Product relevance by channel, cluster and tier understood and applied
• Ability to persuade customers to buy products or to increase sales and to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities

Key Responsibilites:

• Drive market share 
• Drive and maintain Accessibility, Availability and Activation and Affordability for clients
• Drive RSP 
• Brand portfolio approach across all categories Beer, Wine, Spirits and RTD
• Drive power pack compliance agreements with customers
• Build partnerships with customers
• Call strike rate
• Drive continuous improvement and implement business improvement initiatives
