Sales/Orders Administrator (Dingwell) at Afrimat

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

• Grade 12
• Atleast 2 Years experience in similar role
• A code 08 driver’s license will be advantageous
• Write, understand and communicate in English
• No criminal record
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook (knowledge of Accpac, Weighbridge and/or Batching systems will be advantageous)

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Preparation of sales quotations for account and cash customers
• Preparation of pro-forma invoices
• Open & monitor sales purchase orders
• Issue receipt numbers for payments from cash customers
• Provide sales information to management on request
• Process price increases or adjustments as and when requested by management
• Liaise with plant managers, weighbridge clerks & batchers re-orders for delivery
• Liaise with credit controller re customer queries, credit limits & account status
• Internal control processes regarding daily sales transactions
• Process daily system updates for cancelled and manual delivery notes
• Daily interface of sales transactions with Accpac system and issuing of sales invoices
