• Meet month-to-month sales targets in Paving products in New, Used and Rental
• Sustain and Grow machine paving sales within allocated territory / customer base
• Effective territory management
• Accurately and efficiently deal with sales administrative tasks
• Effective self-management and performance ownership
• Manage all aspects of the sales process

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• B. Tech Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent
• Grade 12
• 5 years earthmoving sales experience (CAT) is preferable however 5-10 yrs.
• Sales experience with a premium brand customer
• Business development skills and knowledge
• Sound MS Office knowledge
• Sound business planning and presentation skills
