Description

• Prepare quotations based on rate request forms from sales.
• Draw up schedules and contracts.
• Load contracts on the system ensuring the compliance to the Four-eye principle.
• Update Dealer live list.
• Ensure that filing and general admin is done accurately.
• Set reminders for periodic contract reviews two weeks before due date.
• Communicate to involved parties timely (Customer, Sales, R&M Portfolio Controller, Finance etc.).
• Implement changes on the system.
• Ensure activation/deactivation of contracts on the system are actioned timely.
• Follow up with sales to obtain the original signed contracts.
• Ensure signed schedules are sent to the Sales Administrators.
• Ensure that the system is updated regularly with the correct customer address & contact person.
• Create & maintain an electronic archive.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/equivalent.

• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
• Good financial knowledge.

• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
