Registrations Consultant - Newlands Cape Town at PPS

Job Advert Summary    

• The incumbent is a Registrations Consultant dealing with all incoming instructions and enquiries and ensuring requests are logged within agreed timeframes. Ensuring the accuracy of data whilst effectively and efficiently distributing instructions across the team. Working across the operations team to meet the standard service level agreements.

Minimum Requirements    

• Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or related field essential. 
• 1 year’s financial services; investments / LISP/ asset management industry knowledge or experience would be an advantage.
• MS Office – intermediate level of MS Word & Excel

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Indexing of instructions and queries received. 
• Capture information received accurately. 
• Monitor, control and keep all mailboxes up to date daily. 
• Effectively and efficiently distributing work through to the operations team within  agreed turnaround timelines. 
• Responding to all enquiries in a professional and timely manner. 
• Liaising with the operations team. 
• Technical understanding of the PPSI Product suite offerings and the ability. 
• To apply that understanding to daily outputs and data capturing.
