    Regional Strategic Wholesale Manager- North Region

    Job Description    
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunities in our Commercial department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Strategic Wholesale Manger role, which will be based in Pretoria. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager in North Region. Execute Wholesaler Strategy in the Region, thereby delivering required Revenue and Margin growth in the Strategic Wholesaler channel.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Develop managed volume plans together with the District Manager to aggressively execute the Local and Traditional Strategy
    • Align regional Wholesaler plans to Wholesaler strategy
    • Engage with and receive direction from General Manager and Commercial Manager Wholesale
    • Implement Wholesaler strategy and account for / report on progress
    • Manage regional Wholesaler growth and contribution
    • Manage regional Wholesaler pricing strategy
    • Manage regional adherence to trading terms and contracts
    • Manage regional adherence to Supply Chain causals
    • Manage the implementation of execution elements as per the Wholesaler Look of Success
    • Oversee customer relationships and engagements
    • Oversee revenue growth management initiatives
    • Manage the reduction of competitor share in Wholesalers
    • Lead team performance and manage individual development
    • Manage all stakeholder engagements incl. consumers, competitors, logistics etc.
    • Improve Distribution effectiveness and efficiencies aligned to Replenishment Channel
    • Customer service orientation.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Well-developed Interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to resolve conflict.
    • Analytical thinker.
    • Excellent Communication Skills.
    • High initiative / self – starter.
    • Ability to operate without direct supervision.
    • Ability to lead & coach team members.

    Skills, Experience & Education    

    • Relevant degree or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience.
    • Proven track record in Sales – including a Knowledge of Sales and Market trends and needs.
