    Recruitment Specialist - Core Group And IStore Head Office

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with Hiring managers to gain insights into talent requirements.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Utilise various channels to identify and engage potential candidates, employing both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques.
    • Conduct confidential interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
    • Verify background checks and reference verifications to ensure the credibility and integrity of candidates.
    • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, providing comprehensive profiles and insights.
    • Coordinate assessments as needed to evaluate candidate skills and capabilities.
    • Gather and provide candidate feedback, as well as timely communication of regrets.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, leveraging new platforms and industry best practices.
    • Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to enhance our recruitment approach.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of the recruitment database, regularly updating candidate information.

     

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification, a tertiary degree would be advantageous.
    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in targeted search, market mapping and headhunting.
    • Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting top talent.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
