Required Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced analytical skills with a proficient ability to interpret data.
• Robust problem-solving abilities, with a knack for detailed analysis and critical thinking.
• MS office – intermediary level in Microsoft Excel.

Desired Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate is required.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, compliance, or business operations is highly preferred.

 
Job Purpose:

• The Queries Call Centre Consultant: Banking Services, will be responsible for overseeing the integrity and security of customer information. This role is crucial in maintaining the trust and safety of our operations and client transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse bank account and see patterns
• Identify abnormal behaviour and take necessary action
• Extract and analyse reports to monitor transaction patterns and detect anomalies.
• Communicate with third-party entities and clients regarding fraud inquiries and transaction disputes.
• Have strong verbal and written communication
• Effectively management time
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good typing skills
• Identify and communicate concwerning trends
