Public Relations Officer at CLS Human Capital Specialists

Job Purpose:

• Lead the development and execution of communication strategies to elevate our brand.
• Manage marketing campaigns, content creation, and branding initiatives across digital and physical platforms.
• Engage with patients, stakeholders, and employees, ensuring a strong brand reputation. Collaborate on internal communications, coordinate events, and oversee gift management.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification (Essential)

• BA Communication with Journalism, Corporate Communication or Marketing Communication.

Minimum Qualification (Desirable)

• BA Honours degree will be to your advantage

Minimum Experience (Essential)

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Visual Communication Design skills using Corel Draw.
• Adobe Photoshop
• All MS offices suite
• Proven experience in strategic communication, marketing, and content creation.
• Proficiency in WordPress, social media management, and graphic design.
• Excellent research, writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Minimum Experience (Desirable)

• Private hospital experience will be to your advantage.
