    Product Manager - Centurion

    Purpose of Position:

    • Assess the market and identify opportunities for sales of Diagno products. The lead the effort to understand the customer technical needs and match to Diagno offerings. Nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers. Place orders for Diagno customers with relevant suppliers. Manage stock & inventory at Pomona warehouse. Participate in Distributor operations meetings.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in technical field  (Required)

    Required Experience:

    • Min 2 years immunology field experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively chase new business and close deals., Carry out ongoing Voice of the Customer research., Competitive Analysis: Maintain awareness of competitive products, potential competitive products, competitors, and competitor capabilities.
    • Work with Market, Pricing and Data Analyst to analyses data on competitors and help to organize this data into meaningful information. Identify strengths and weaknesses of proposed products relative to the competition, can anticipate competitive responses, and can consider competitive actions in the development of sales projections., Customer Needs Definition: Develop an effective understanding of the customer needs and matching with technical capabilities of products., Evaluate and Establish Pricing:
    • Effectively evaluate the market, the competition and establishes product pricing to maximize profit and long-term sales.,
    • Evaluate and Refine Promotional & Marketing Messages in conjunction with the Marketing Team.,
    • Execute Promotional Plan: Effectively manage the execution of the promotional plan., Management Reporting: Provide regular and ongoing reporting for management-level operational reviews.,
    • Market Analysis: Maintain constant surveillance and awareness of the market and has been able to effectively identify customer needs and trends.,
    • Monitor Product Results: Monitor product performance by tracking key performance indicators including revenue, cost savings, margin, market share, customer feedback and other indicators identified., Nurture existing relationships., Product Forecasting: Develop forecasts of customer demand and maintain forecasts as customer demand changes., Promote Product: Proactively promote the product to customers., Support Customers and Channel Partners: Support requests for customer proposals and presentations and ensures all relevant materials exist to support the product. He/she creates anddefines tools that enable the sales channels and customers to evaluate product options.
