    Procurement Contracts Manager

    • To develop, coordinate and administer procurement contracts and agreements for the Group.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Commerce/ Law.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment.
    • Procurement policy development (contract) and Contract development.
    • Legislative and regulatory compliance.
    • Commercial orientation.
    • Knowledge of Procurement processes.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy and relevant legislation.
    • Ensure that contracts and contracting procedures are used to execute the overall CHG strategy.
    • Support bid, proposal preparation and management by developing, reviewing and identifying the appropriate contracting model / terms of conditions and agreement and conditions.
    • Provide guidance on contract matters to Cross-Functional Teams and Hospital Managers.
    • Collaborate with relevant responsible managers to coordinate contractual insurance and drive compliance across the Group.
    • Collaborate with relevant responsible departments to ensure adherence to the Group’s Finance and Risk reporting requirements, such as revenue recognition, pricing and discounting protocols.
    • Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing) where appropriate.
    • Develop and train relevant teams in contracting practices and procedures.
    • Ensure contract close-out, extensions or renewals and ensure signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties.
