• National Diploma
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer Literacy (Advanced)
• Shifts/Weekend/Public Holidays
• Working with Senior Management

Duties and Responsibilities    
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct route planning        
• Do daily planning of routes         
• Ensure that Roadshow program is updated and maintained        
• Coordinate debriefing of the Driver route management system and also assist Delivery Managers with this process        
• Control hired vehicle cost         
• Assist with improvement of route profitability by improving vehicle utilisation        
• Assist in developing alternative cost effective models to lower cost

Perform administrative duties        

• Add new customers        
• Maintain all nominated delivery days of customers         
• Monitor standing times in conjunction with Delivery Managers         
• Ensure that Clover, Unilever and Danone nominated delivery days are aligned        

Maintain customer relations as well as SLA's        

• Assist secondary operations in distribution        
• Coordinate Danone & Masterfile service level
