Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Stemming Loader Operator License
• Code 10, PDP and DGP will be an added advantage
• Dover Test

Advantageous Requirements

• Advance driving course will be an advance

Experience

• 1 year Stemming Loader operating experience.
• Experience in an Open Pit will be an advantage
• 1 year Blasting Assistant or General Assistant RoG would be an added benefit.

Duties

• Safely operate the stemming loader for stemming operations as per the company's operating instruction
• Stemming operation on time
• Stemming Loader housekeepingSafety, Health, Environment and Quality Standard implementation and compliance
• Compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements
• Adherence to customer's traffic management system/plan
• Assist the maintenance/workshop team during Stemming Loader breakdowns and Services
• Stemming Loader Pre-Start checks and fault reporting
• On-Bench conditions assessments prior to stemming
• Perform Stemming Loader front line maintenance (e.g. Greasing, weekly maintenance)
