Operations Assistant at Holler Trade

Job Description

Good all-rounder required to assist with the following:

• Draw up policies and procedures
• Update work flows, create / write / update training material
• Maintain data integrity in ERP system
• Manage Sharepoint
• Manage Power Automate and utilise to add, amend or delete flows and forms
• Manage staff
• Analyse Excel reports
• Manage and oversee workload of Assistant
• Assist with any other day-to-day work as and when required

Qualifications

• Matric with Maths
• English 1st language, excellent communication, both written and oral
• Familiar with Office 365 with Teams
• Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint
• Advanced Excel – must know Pivot tables, advanced formulas, queries,baq's
• IT knowledge including working on Cloud platform, AI
• Have a good basic knowledge of HR requirements and processes
• Min of 10 years working experience
• Own vehicle with valid driver’s license
• Must reside within the Centurion, Midrand, Fourways areas
