    New Car Sales Manager

    • This dealership requires a New Car Sales Manager with at least 3 years of new car sales management experience in a franchised dealership, who is capable of leading the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets and fostering a customer-focused sales culture promoting the brand and dealership group.

    Job Requirements

    • Matric Certificate
    • A valid Drivers License
    • Must have at least 3 years of RECENT New Car Sales Management experience in a franchised dealership
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Thorough understanding of automotive sales processes, dealership operations, and industry best practices.
    • A stable work history
    • Reliable and contactable references
