    National Sales Manager

    OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:

    • To ensure that company has an effective sales strategy which includes Capsicum Culinary Studio and IIE_HSM

    KEY RESULT AREAS:

    • Develop the Sales Strategy & Schools Marketing Strategy for Capsicum Culinary Studio & IIE_HSM
    • Manage the sales of the company to exceed financial targets
    • Supply of product information and training to all sales people
    • Reporting and analysis of sales and enquiries on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Develop and implement appropriate policies, procedures and systems in the department to  ensure best practice processes to ensure the effective functioning of the department and to reduce the risk of business loss.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification

    • The ability to motivate and lead a team

    • Initiative and enthusiasm
    • Excellent communication and 'people skills'

    • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
    • Good understanding of budgeting and forecasting

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  

    • At least 3 years experience in a senior role in Sales Management
