    Manager:Talent Acquisition

    Qualification and Experience

    • Relevant NQF Level 7 Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology / Organisational Design / Human Resources or equivalent 
    • At least 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition/ sourcing with 2 years management experience •     Insurance industry experience is an advantage

    Skills

    • At least 5 years’ management experience in Payroll
    • Attention to Detail
    • Commercial skills (analytical and numerical reasoning)
    • Computer literate (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
    • Strong co-ordination, prioritisation, organisational and planning skills
    • Report writing skills
    • Conditions of Employment
    • Manage team based in Johannesburg
