JOB DESCRIPTION
To ensure the effective implementation of all the Loyalty and Rewards enhancements across Consumer and High Net Worth (CHNW) Banking and Wealth and Investments in line with the Loyalty and Rewards strategy. To effectively prioritise enhancements considering several factors (e.g., risk, compliance, customer, complexity, stakeholders, etc.) in order to deliver appropriate change in line with team objectives. To ensure implementations are undertaken in the most effective and profitable manner and in line with SBSA architecture and technology standards. To oversee and manage the enhancement process by co-ordinating project planning from the initial proposal stage through resource planning, and project administration to project completion.
